We believe the Bible is clear in its call to go and make disciples, as we share the Gospel!
Mission opens our eyes to see people the way God sees them and challenges us to rely on the strength of the Lord in new ways. Mission begins in our community! Through financial support and feet on the ground, the members of First St. Paul’s Lutheran Church partner with several local service and mission organizations throughout the year.
We also believe that mission extends beyond our community. We support members of all ages as they pursue national and international missions. If you have a heart for mission or are feeling a call to “Go,” contact the Church Office to learn about opportunities or share your vision!
In the Summer of 2025, our Jr. High (7th & 8th graders) will be going back to Lutheran Valley Retreat to help with AbleLight! They will spend the week serving alongside the people with special needs and help the LVR camp with their needs around the property, while enjoying time out in God’s creation and growing in their faith.
Sr. High (9-12+ graders) will be traveling to Muskegon, Michigan!! They will be working alongside the organization Kids Belong along with area churches to provide support groups, fun activities, meal support and more to families assisting with over 400 kids within the foster/adopt/kinship world in Muskegon county.
These mission trips help to strengthen faith, build lasting relationships, and inspire ongoing service and generosity, creating a ripple effect of positive change both locally and globally.
